What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your gear ships, we will send a second email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

What is your return policy for apparel and equipment?

We want you to love your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date.

How do I care for my barre3 apparel?

To maintain the integrity of our high-performance fabrics, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and hanging to dry or tumble drying on low heat.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

How do I inflate my barre3 Core Ball?

Each Core Ball comes with a straw and plug. Insert the straw into the air hole, blow until the ball is firm but still has a slight 'give,' then quickly replace the straw with the plug.
